- cook bacon until crisp
- cook hash browns
- Cook the eggs
- Stretch out the biscuits to about three inches
- Put a little bacon, hashbrowns, eggs and cheese on top
- Close biscuit
- Place pinch side down on a greased pan
- Beat an egg and add a Tablespoon of water
- brush on top of biscuits and season with salt and pepper
- cook at 425 for 8-10 minutes
