Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs until frothy, add cream of
tarter then gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in
crushed crackers, nuts and vanilla. Spread in a well buttered
9x13 glass baking dish. Bake for 25 min @ 350. Cool rack.
Whip cream, spread over top and spoon pie filling over cream.
Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
