Heat oven to 325. In roasting pan cook ham, fat side up for 1
hour. Meanwhile, with peeler, peel 6 slices of orange peel off, set
aside. Juice orange. In a saucepan, heat maple syrup, orange
peels, and mustard to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, remove from heat.
Remove orange peels. Stir in orange juice. After ham has baked
for an hour, brush with glaze and add water to the pan. Bake ham
1 hour longer, brushing glaze every 15 minutes. Let stand 15
minutes before slicing.
