Cook cake as directed in a cookie sheet pan. Cool. Cream together
cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold into 4 cups Cool Whip.
Spread on cool cake. Chill 1 hour.
Mix Clear Gel, sugar, and Kool-Aid with a whisk. Add water slowly
until desired consistency of glaze. Add as many berries as you like.
Spoon on top of cake.
