Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 cups fresh basil, washed and dried
1/2 cup arugula (or 1/2 of more basil)
4 garlic cloves
1 cup walnuts
1 cup olive oil
1 cup parmesan
 

Instructions
Combine basil, arugula, garlic and walnuts in food processor. Add olive oil slowly. Add cheese and process briefly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta. If you want to freeze, do so before adding cheese and then thaw and add cheese when you want to serve it.
