Scald sugar, butter, salt, milk at 115 - 120 degrees. Combine yeast and 6 cups of flour. Add sugarm ixture to flour mixutre. Beat on low for 30 seconds. Then beat on high for 3 minutes. Add remaing 4 cups of flour. Mix in. Let rise for 1-1/2 hours. Shape into roll balls and let rise for 30 - 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 15- 20 minutes.
