Zest of one lemon and then thinly slice lemon in marinade
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
Chopped italian parsley
1 stick butter
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Mix first 6 ingredients for marinade. Marinade flank
steak at least 6-8 hours. Grill for 6 minutes each
side.
Burre Noir- melt butter over low heat until brown.
Pour off into separate bowl. Cook down balsamic
vinegar until reduced by half and then add to
butter.
To serve- sprinkle italian parsley and horseradish
over steak. Finally, pour burre noir over steak as
well.
