For the salad
1. Combine all the vegetables and lettuce in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Just before serving, add the lemon juice, olive oil and salt (put very little as the veg. start leaving water)
and mix well.
For the spread
In the hung curd Add lemon juice, garlic, salt and coriander and mint.
Keep refrigerated.
How to proceed
1. Place one hot chapati on a clean dry surface.
2. Spread an even layer of the curd spread on the whole chapati.
3. Top with a generous portion of salad in the centre of the chapati and a few onion rings and roll up tightly.
4. Repeat to make the remaining wraps.
5. Serve immediately.
