Cook Pasta. When draining, reserve 1 cup H2O in
pot.
-Heat large skillet med-high heat, put EVOO in to
heat.
-Add garlic, cook 2 min.
-Stir in tomatoes, chickpeas, salt and red pepper.
Simmer 10 min.
-Add cinnamon
Toss pasta with sauce, adding pasta H2O to thin the
sauce if necessary.
Garnish w/ parsley.
