Serve kabobs with quinoa and sugar snap peas. Marinade beef for 2 hours in ¼ c soy sauce, 3 tbsp honey, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp garlic. Prepare quinoa according to package instructions. Pre-heat grill or broiler. Alternate beef, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion & pineapple on skewers and grill or broil in oven. Grill or broil for approx. 3-4 mins each side, or until beef is cooked to preferred doneness and veggies to preferred tenderness. When kabobs are nearly done, steam sugar snap peas until warm, but still crispy.
