|
Spread on the bottom layer of a large flat dish
the refried beans.
Make the guacamole with the avocado, coriander, 1
x chopped tomato, 3 drops tobasco sauce and a
squeeze of lemon juice. Spread this mix over the
refried beans.

Layer salsa on top.
Combine sour cream and the taco seasoning mix until
well blended. Spread evenly over the top of the
avocados.

|
Combine chives/ spring onions, cheese, capsicum,
olives and 2 x chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle on top of
all the layers. Then more coriander if desired.

|
Refrigerate and serve chilled with tortilla or corn
chips.
