MIX EGGS AND SOUR CREAM ADD TO YEAST THEN ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE.
CHILL OVERNIGHT.

ROLL OUT IN SMALL CIRCLE SPREAD WITH FILLING CUT INTO PIE SHAPE AND ROLL STARTING AT LARGE END. BEND TO FORM CRESCENT SHAPE. PLACE ON GREASED OR SPRAYED SHEET AND BRUSH WITH EGG YOLK MIXED WITH A LITTLE MILK.
BAKE 350 FOR 10-12 MIN. TILL LIGHTLY GOLDEN.
