1/4 cup New Mexico green chiles (Aniheim), roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tbl green olives, chopped
2 green onions, diced
Instructions
1. Cook corn in water for 6 to 8 minutes over medium heat.
2. Drain and add chiles, green olives, and onions.
3. Stir and cook briefly until thoroughly warmed.
