1 lb. lean ground beef
|
|
1 1/2 cups low fat milk
|

1/4 tsp pepper
|

3 eggs
|

1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped onion
|

1/2 tsp. salt
|
|
3/4 cup Bisquick or flour
|

2 tomatoes sliced (optional)

Instructions |

|
Grease a 10 in. pie plate. Brown beef, onions and seasonings. Drain off grease. Spread on the bottom of the pie plate.

Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick for 1 min. Pour over meat.
|
|
|
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 mins. Top with tomatoes, if diesired, and baked another 8 mins.
