In a large skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides in butter. Season with salt&pepper. Add mustard, onion and tarragon; cover adn simmer for 10-12 minutes or until pork is no longer pink
Remove chops to a platter of cooked noodles and keep warm. to the skillet, add sour cream and browning sauce and heat throughly. DO NOT BOIL
