1 15 oz can cannellini beans (white Italian kidney beans)
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 small onion, minced
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain and rinse beans well. Add all ingredients to
food processor. Blend until smooth, adding small
amounts of water to achieve desired consistency.
Chill and serve
