Combine first 7 ingredients, stir until cornstarch dissolves.

Add olive oil to wok over medium/high heat for 30 seconds. Add scallions and ginger and stir-fry about 15 seconds.

|
Add cornstarch mixture and bring to boil.Stir constantly to prevent lumps, about 2 minutes.
Pour into bowl.
