Instructions |

In a medium bowl, beat cream and 2 tablespoons crushed peppermints at medium speed with an electric mixer until medium peaks form. Cover, and chill.

Place a dollop of cream on top of hot cocoa. Sprinkle with remaining crushed peppermints, if desired.
