Remove as many skins as you have the patience to. Put aside about 2 tablespoons of whole hummus beans and place the rest into a blender or processor. Add 400 ml of the water they were cooked in,the Tehini, the spices (not the Za'atar),olive oil and lemon juice. Process or blenderize until smooth. If it is too thick to process add a bit more of the water saved.
