1 16 oz can white corn

Drain all
|

1 jalapeño pepper
|
|
1 med green pepper
|
|
1 med red pepper
|
|
2 stalks celery
|
|

1 med red onion
|
|
dice all
|
|
1/2 c sugar
|
|
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
|
|
1/2 c rice oil
|
|
1 tsp salt and pepper
|
|
stir and boil, cool, pour over beans and veggies
