-Heat olive oil in large pot
-Brown steak and beef, remove from heat and set
aside
-In same pot, cook over medium heat, onions and
garlic until soft
-Add cornmeal, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, pepper
and salt
-Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly
-Reduce heat, add broth and return beef
-Simmer uncovered for 1 hour or until meat is tender
-Stir in beans and simmer for 15 minutes
-Serve and enjoy with shredded cheese and diced
white onions
