Squeeze zucchini firmly to remove excess liquid. Transfer to bowl and mix with feta, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and oregano. Blend well.
Heat wide frying pan over med-high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add 3 Tbl mixture for each pancake. Spread to make 4 inch circles. Cook about 3 minutes per side, turning once, until golden brown.
