4-6 oz brie cheese (rind removed)

4-6 oz swiss cheese-shredded

6 large eggs

10 slices bacon-cooked crisp and crumbled

1/2 cup whipping cream

1/2 cup sour cream
|
|
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
|
|
dash of pepper, salt, nutmeg

Instructions |
|
|
Crumble cheeses in bottom of pie crust.
layer crumbled bacon on top
|

Mix all other ingredients and pour over bacon/cheese mixture.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until browned on top and toothpick comes out clean
|

Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
