Directions
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the blueberries, strawberries, and the granola. Fill the yogurt into two ramekins.
Sprinkle one teaspoon of sugar over each ramekin. Caramelize the sugar with a blowtorch by slowly sweeping the flame back and forth. However, if you do not have one, you could also broil the yogurt in the oven until the sugar begins to caramelize.
Let it cool.
