Combine all the ingredients in a heavy 8 quart saucepan. bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ladle the relish into clean jars. Leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Cap and seal
Process for 10 minutes in a boiling water canner.
