Preheat oven to 350
Butter donut shaped baking pans generously & dust lightly with flour, tapping out any excess.
Add flour to butter mixture 1/2 c at a time, alternating with 1/2 c. milk. Fill prepared baking pans 2/3 full.
Bake 30 min. at 350 or until done
Remove immediately from pans, roll in melted butter, then in 1/2 c. powdered sugar and 1 t. cinnamon.
