In a large bowl, beat the eggs & 1 1/2 c milk. Add butter, celery & onion. Stir in bread cubes. Place 1/2 mixture in greased slow cooker; top with 1/2 rolled ham, cheese and chicken. Combine soup & mil and pour 1/2 over chicken. Repeat layers. Cover and cook on low 4 - 5 hours
