- Steam asparagus or broccoli, cut into small pieces
- Lightly brown nuts in olive oil on high heat burner
- Boil pasta, drain
- Add olive oil, nuts, artichoke hearts, vegetable, and squeeze
entire lemon, mix, add salt to taste, cheese on top
- Serve hot
Other additions- shrimp, chicken, capers, lime can also be used instead of lemon
