In bowl, combine shrotening, sugars, egg and milk; Blend well.
Add dry ingredients; blend well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour batter into 9x13 inch pan.
Top with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until wood pick inserted in center comes out clear.
