in a mixing bowl,combine the milk, pumpkin, egg, oil and vinegar.
Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, allspice, cinnamon, ginger and salt in a separate bowl. Fold in the pumpkin pumpkin mixture.
Lightly oil a griddle or frying pan. Heat over a medium high heat and when hot, pour in approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
