Microwave the chocoalte and butter in a microwave safe dish on low until melted, being careful not to burn teh chocolate. Bring the cream, milk and corn syrup to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat. Add the chocoalte mixture and stir to mix well. Do not boil or the sauce will become grainy. Remove from the heat. Serve warm.
