Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan.
Beat butter in large mixer bowl on med. speed for 30 seconds.Beat flour, sugar and salt on low until crumbly. Press 2 c of mixture in bottom o fprepared pan. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned on edges.
Combine 1 1/2 chocolate chips & sweetened condensed milk in small saucepan over med-lw heat. Heat until chips are melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour evenly over hot crust. Add remaining chips and chopped pecans to reserved crust mixture; sprinkle over the choclate layer.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan on rack. Cut into diamonds
