Chill the beaters, bowl and all ingredients except the lemons before starting. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and strain out the seeds.

Pour cream into chilled bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. Fold in the condensed milk and the lemon juice.

Pour into the pie crust. Garnish with a twist of lemon and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs if desired.
|
|
|
Cover with the plastic lid from the crust and refrigerate several hours before serving.
