Core apples from stem side almost through the other side. Remove pits. Remove 1/2 inch of an apple peel from the top.

Fill each apple cavity with 1 teaspoon apple juice concentrate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

|
Place in a small bakin dish. Pour 1/2 inch water around apples. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until apples are soft but still holding their shape.
|
|
|
Serve warm or cold with a topping of lemon yogurt and sprinkle with raisins.
