Preheat oven to 150 gas. Butter and line 8in round cake tin.
Beat together butter, sugar, eggs, flour, poppy seeds, rinds
and yogurt till smooth.
Spread into tin and bake till just firm - 50-60 mins. Cool in tin
for 10 mins then turn out and cool on wire rack. Peel off paper.
Meanwhile, mix cream cheese with softened butter then mix in
icing sugar - may need more or less sugar. Spread roughly
over cake and scatter over grated lemon rind to decorate.
