Oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with foil; generously greas with vegetable shortening. Combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, melted butter, vanilla and almond extract in large bowl; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 9-11 minutes or just until set; press 3 milk chocolates or candied cherry halves in center of each cookie, if desired. Immediately remove to wire racks and cool completely.
