Place potatoes and sweet potao on a 18x15 piece of heavy duty foil. Drizzle with 2T.melted butter; sprinkle with 1/2 garlic, parsely, salt and lemon-pepper. Seal packet tightly; grill covered over indirevt medium hot heat;20 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile place mushrooms, onon, green pepper, zucchini and summer squash on a 20x18 foil. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with seasonings. Seal tight & grill covered over hot heat 10 minutes on each side. Tender crisp.
Combine content of both packages in serving bowl, aprinkle with cheese. sour cream optional.
