Pour oil into 0x13 pan and tilt to coat pan. Put dry cake mix, eggs, and water into the pan; stir with a fork until well blended. Scraping sides and corners of pan. Fold pie filling into the mixture to create a marbled effect. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and/or top with whipped topping.
