Mix ingredients together with warm water to make a
dough
Make small balls of dough (size to preference)
Roll each ball with rolling pin to form a thick
sheet of roti
Fry each roti on a preheated frying pan until
cooked (based on preference)
Serve with potato filling
Potato Filing
Heat oil. Add onions to the heated oil.
Fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat or/until
onions are turned into golden brown
Add potatoes, curry powder, salt and spices
together.
Mix and continue cooking until ready
