Gently mix dry ingredients together.
|
|
|
With a 1 cup measuring cup put in 1 egg with 3 tbsp vinegar and
water to fill the cup. Add to dry ingredients.

|
Cut until well mixed with pastry cutters. Roll out and place in pie
plates or tart tins.
|
|
|
Yields 5 pie shells and approx. 80 tarts
