Put ribs in pan; layer thinly sliced onion and lemon over ribs and bake at 450 for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350.
Sauce- In a saucepan melt butter; add garlic. Cook 4-5 minutes, add catsup, Worcestershire, brown sugar, mustard and Tabasco.
Drain ribs and place in roaster; pour sauce over ribs. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
