Sift together flour and sugar and set aside. In a saucepan mix butter, cocoa and water. Bring to a boil and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Add buttermilk, beaten eggs, cinnamon, soda and vanilla. Pour into an 11x18 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Frosting-
In a saucepan mix cocoa, butter and milk. Bring to a good boil and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat untila good spreading consistency. Spread on hot cake.
