Heat oven to 325. Grease 8 1/2 inch springform pan. Wrap pan with foil for waterbath. Boil kettle of water. Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes until they double in volume. Combine chocolate and butter in a bowl. Heat in microwave at 1/2 speed for 4 minutes, stirring twice. Fold eggs in 3 additions. Pour batter into prepared pan. Place cake in roasting pan, fill with patter halfway up cake pan. Bake at 325 for 40-47 minutes. Dust with confectioner's sugar when cooled
