1 small (12 inch) french bread, cut into 3/4 inch slices
3/4 c. coconut, toasted
Instructions
Heat oven to 250. Combine egg whites, egg, and cream of coconut in a bowl. Dip bread slices in mixture. Cook in skillet. Transfer to oven to keep warm. Top each serving with toasted coconut.
