Take 1 head of cauliflower and break up into flowerets put in a pot with 2 cloves of garlic and 1 rosemary sprig, add water to cover and boil 10-15 min until soft. Drain water and blend in a blender with 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and pepper to taste. You can add parmesan cheese or change up spices if you like.
