WARM 2 T. OIL IN LARGE SKILLET OVER MED-HIGH HEAT. ADD 4 CHOPS TO SKILLET COOK 3 MIN ON EACH SIDE TURNING ONLY ONCE TILL LIGHTLY BROWN AND COOKED THROUGH. WHIPE OUT SKILLET, DO SAME WITH REMAINING CHOPS KEEPING FIRST BATCH WARM WITH LOOSELY COVERED FOIL.
