Stir together egg, milk and oil. Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix good. Stir in fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries(if frozen while still frozen.
Set oven at 400 F. Either use paper muffin cups to line pan or spray with Pam baking spray or grease and flour lightly muffin pan. Fill cups about 2/3 full. Bake at 400 F for 20 to 25 minutes. Done when tops golden brown(lightly). Makes about one dozen.
