Combine rice with 2 c boiling water in a sauce pan. When rice
comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer low for 20 min. For
sauce, combine remaining ingredients with 3 1/2 c how water in
another pan. Let sit 10 min to absorb water. Cook 5-7 min to
thicken. If cooked at the same time, rice ans sauce should finish
at the same time.
