Shake eggs into cracks. Combine 3 c cool water with contents of
jar in a 2 qt bowl and allow to hydrate for 10 min. Whisk a
couple of times. Lightly oil a 10 in skillet with a tight fitting lid
(or solar oven pan) Heat on low for 2-3 min. Pour mixture into
pan. Heat on low. Cover with lid and allow to cook 15-17 min on
low heat. Don't uncover. If using solar oven, it will take 20-25
min on 350. Take off heat and allow to sit another 5-7 min.
Serve with salsa.
