DIVIDE DOUGH IN HALF ROLL OUT ONE HALF FIT IN LARGE COOKIE SHEET. SPRINKLE WITH CRUSHED CORN FLAKES. PUT APPLES OVER FLAKES AND TOP WITH SECOND HALF OF DOUGH.

MAKE SLITS IN TOP OF DOUGH.BEAT EGG WHITES TILL FROTHY BRUSH ON DOUGH.
BAKE 400 FOR 30 MMIN. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND DRIZZLE WITH MIXTURE OF POWDER SUGAR AND WATER WHILE STILL WARM.
